Our story

How FLOW began.

Rooted in Wedgwood’s history.
Growing together as Southwest Fort Worth.

FLOW began when a handful of like-minded neighbors gathered to build on the good happenings in the Wedgwood East neighborhood (WENA). Inspired by community projects already taking shape, they wanted to bring neighbors together across all of Wedgwood. They discussed a name that captured that shared hope: FLOW, For the Love Of Wedgwood.

What they didn’t know was that just a couple of weeks later, COVID lockdown would change everyday life. The Facebook group they created became a way for neighbors to stay connected when connection mattered most.

That handful of neighbors has since grown into a community of more than 1,200 Facebook members. Today, FLOW carries that same welcoming spirit across Southwest Fort Worth. Whether you’ve been here for decades or are just getting to know the area, there’s a place for you.
